Inward Paths to Wellness:  Mind-Body Skills Group
for Stress Reduction, Addiction, and Health

This 12-week educational group supports this inner process of healing by helping to make the way clearer and less confusing. 
It
focuses on mind-body tools to improve health and well-being in a confidential, non-judgmental, positive emotional environment.
Topics include:  t
echniques for calming the mind;  body awareness, connectedness, and relaxation; mindful nutrition and eating; tools to express and release emotions; healthy sexuality; self-care strategies; and ways to implement a personal plan for wellbeing.

This 12-week educational group addresses the specific symptoms of ACoA and AMAC individuals.   Mind-body skills can help reduce anxiety and support the healing work of therapy and 12-step groups.  These skills include techniques for calming the mind;  body awareness, connectedness, and relaxation; mindful nutrition and eating; tools to express and release emotions; healthy sexuality; self-care strategies; and ways to implement a personal plan for wellbeing.
